About the Founder
Dawn, Founder and CEO of TigerLily Cultural Intelligence
Dawn is a narrative strategist, music forecaster, and marketing executive with a biology degree from Penn State University. Immersed in music growing up, she founded TigerLily Cultural Intelligence to merge her passion for the industry with her training in developing scientific frameworks to address a significant gap in the field that not only derails careers for promising artists, but costs labels and executives millions of dollars in misattributed resources.
She also serves as the Editor of the cultural publication The First Date on Substack where she weaves her understanding of non-linear life circumstances, cultural archetypes, and behavioral pattern recognition into anecdotal pieces about relational dynamics that shape personal understanding. Dawn is a believer in culture, integrity, and the idea that narrative is everything when it comes to success in the music industry.
